It's a Monday...for sure!

Well, I've had a rough morning. No real reason...just one of those days! This weekend was fun though. I hung out with Daddy and watched the Aggies play on Saturday. Sunday I got to go for a LONG walk to the park with the playground, then I got to meet Miss Leslie, and then Aunt Jenny, Unce Troy, Kalynne, Hannah, and Mr. Adam all came over to watch the Cowboys game. What a busy day!! I go to the doctor on Wednesday, so

Can you believe I am 8 weeks old?? I have my 2 month check-up and shots next week, so I'll keep you posted on how big I'm getting. I'm so ready to be able to go out and about with mommy and daddy. We have some parties coming up, and they've promised to take me to a few football games and a pumpkin patch! Sounds like fun. Here's a few pics that mommy took from our morning. It's been a lot of fun having lots of family around, but everyone has gone home now. I'm glad they all have a warm safe house to go back to after the storm.

I've started showing off my smile every once in while. Mommy wishes I would smile more, but I'm sure I will soon. For now I enjoy sitting in my bouncy seat, reading books, taking baths, going to the park, and playing with my ducky. I hope to see everyone soon!!!

It's been a busy few days. We've been watching the hurricane and keeping track of all my relatives that had to evacuate. My Nannie is here to visit for a while, and I got to meet my Great Aunt Pat, Great Uncle Mike, and cousins Mandi and Michael and his girlfriend Amanda. We grilled burgers and watched the Texas Tech game with Uncle Troy. It was lots of fun!!!

HUGE DAY!!!

So, not only do I write my first blog today, I get to post some big news! Mommy made me do some tummy time today (not fun!). When she turned to look at Rocco instead of me, I showed her.....by rolling over!!! I'm six weeks old today too...what a great day. Mommy couldn't believe that I did it on my own. She thought surely she must have put me down at an angle or something, so we tried it again....and again...and again. She caught me in action on tape...woohoo!!! It may take me a minute, but hey, I get distracted. I'll be running around in no time :)
