I hope everyone is staying warm! Luckily it didn't ice over today, but the rain sure is freezing up now. Mommy and I are wishing for a late start to school tomorrow. We played and joked around tonight. I had fun and showed off my dimples :)

Daddy got some video of me laughing, but it may be a while before we can post it because he has been sick. Hope everyone is having a great week, and I'll update after my appointment on Thursday!

Ah, here we go!

Things have been kind of crazy around here. Mommy has been VERY sick, but she seems to finally be getting better. Now we're trying to take care of daddy so he doesn't get it. I've been entertaining myself this week while my parents make dinner. I love any toy I can put in my mouth!

And I'm still LOVING my cereal!! YUMMY!!!!

On Thursday I go in for my six month appointment...can you believe it? I'll get mommy to help me update you then. Have a great week!

I'll Do It Myself!

So, those crazy video cameras at daycare allowed my parents to see that I was able to hold my bottles all by myself. Well, that and my teachers and other parents commented to mommy about it. Apparently it's a big deal or something. Mommy has been sick, so I'm having to drink from my bottles at home too. I showed off my skills tonight.

I have to stop and take a break sometimes......

but I've got this new skill down!

Then afterward, I am one sweet, happy boy!!!!

After a really ROUGH week/weekend, I am finally back to my happy self. Thanks for all the phone calls and emails. It's really nice to get checked in on by everyone, and I hope to see you all very soon. I had a great time back at school today. It should be a good week :) I was even excited to eat some cereal tonight!

And I'm even happy in my sleep! Always thinking :)

Sick :(

Hey everybody. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday were so much fun at school. I really like my new friends there, and I still get plenty of playtime in at home too. Here are a few pics from early in the week:

Then, on Wednesday night..... I got sick :( I ran my first fever on that night, so daddy stayed home with me on Thursday. I was feeling better, so I went to school on Friday. My teachers called to say I started running a 101 temperature!!! Daddy picked me up and watched me most of the day. Mommy found a sub for the end of her last class, and she came to take me to the doctor. He said it was probably a virus and to come back if I am still sick on Monday. We sure hope not! Daddy took a picture of me when I forgot that I was feeling bad.

I'll I've done today is eat and sleep, eat, sleep, and cling to mommy and daddy. I've still been at 101, but everyone thinks I'll be better tomorrow.

I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. Back to napping for me......

School Days!

So much has happened the past few days! I'll start with the big news...I started school on Monday! Mommy and daddy seemed a little sad, but they were ok. I have had SO MUCH FUN. I love looking at all my new friends and teachers. I even got an award my first day for being so well behaved and fun! I like to play with all the new toys. My teachers told mommy that I am very smart and strong :) (She knew that already though).

Here I am ready for my first day (it was literally FREEZING outside...the roads were even icy)!

I played so hard that I was passed out by the time I got home. Rocco checked to make sure I was still breathing.

In other news, last week was the Cotton Bowl. Just a sad, sad performance by the Red Raiders. Oh well, maybe next season! At least I looked awesome in my uniform!
