After asking for five days, my parents finally agreed to let me sleep in a big boy bed! Mommy seemed sad, but I was happy to tell that baby crib "Goodbyeeeee!" 
I assisted Daddy with construction by screwing in some of the bolts. Luckily all we had to do was take the front off and add a rail, so it wasn't a scary transition at all. 
Being able to get in and out of bed on my own is super exciting, and Rocco enjoyed the change too. Now he can cuddle with me at night if he wants to! 
I didn't get much sleep at naptime because I was too excited, and my books and stuffed animals needed me to keep them entertained. I never got out of my bed, but there was no rest going on. Nighttime was a different story though. I climbed in, read a story with Daddy, and went right to sleep. I slept until 8:30 in the morning and was happy as can be. 
I love being a big boy!!! I even wore my new underwear ALL DAY today, and I made it to the potty 8 times! I earned TWO prizes from the treasure box, and I'm looking to earn some more tomorrow. Growing up is awesome!!

I got to celebrate Christmas more times than you can imagine, and boy did I rack up on presents. On Wednesday, we headed down to 
When we arrived at Nana's house, all my cousins were there and we were ready to tear into those presents. We got some awesome gifts, including our matching Red Bluff Ranch shirts and 
My cousins and I had a blast playing together throughout the week. We played with sparklers out on the driveway, and I got to write my name with one. Peyton and I found a big box to play in, and earlier that day we all went golfing.
Wilson and I had a blast doing just about everything together. He taught me how to ride on his skateboard, we played Hungry Hungry Hippos, and then he rode with me to go see Christmas lights. 
Everyone else met us out there, and it was so cool. There were so many lights to see that we had to get out and go into the backyard. Too fun! I love hanging out with my cousins.
On Christmas Eve I went to church with my parents and Nannie before heading over to Mama and 
There was yummy food and lots of gifts. I enjoyed seeing my aunts, and I had a blast playing with my cousin Tatum. I love my new Mickey Mouse and matching 
Earlier in the week I stopped by to visit, and I took a nap in 
Later Christmas Eve night, we went by my Aunt Mary Sue's to see everyone and exchange gifts with Poppy. I loved playing with my new trains. 
I settled in for the night at Uncle Daniel's, and when I woke up Santa had been by for a visit. I got my big kitchen (and a little car, too)!!! 
It took a minute for me to realize that it was mine and I would get to take it home, and then I was so excited! I even called Santa to tell him thank you. He also brought me a football helmet, a lantern & binoculars, and a stocking full of books, cars, underwear and socks. 
I cooked for everyone all morning, and I even sang and played some Christmas songs on the piano. 
I read my new books to Mommy and all the Christmas bears when I needed a break from all the toys.
If that weren't enough celebrating, we drove out to Nannie's on Christmas night for MORE presents! I was so excited to get my Thomas train tracks and a Lightning McQueen tent. They were hours of fun, and I liked making everyone take turns hanging out in the tent with me.
In fact, when we finally made it back to Frisco, I put all my animal friends in the tent and baked them cookies in my new kitchen. 
To make a great holiday even better, I get to stay home with Mommy for another whole week! Seven awesome days to play with my new toys. In fact, I was already enjoying my new computer and books before our trip. My stuffed animals always make a great audience! 
Before we left for the holidays, I was working very hard on my potty training. I got enough stickers to get my first prize from the treasure box....a yo-yo! I was so proud of myself, and my parents were proud too. 
I also made sure that my very first handmade ornament was hung in the perfect place on the tree. It is one awesome looking candy cane, and Daddy said it was his favorite ornament of all time. 
Then we went off to church where I kept asking for them to sing Twinkle Twinkle, but they decided to sing some songs about Jesus instead. We went out for a fancy lunch since we were all dressed up, and then after naptime it was time for presents. 
I got some awesome big boy underwear...Lightning McQueen! I've been doing better about going to the potty, so I was excited to get some new undies. 
I also got a collection of Dr. Seuss stories, some puzzles, and a remote controlled car! I love making it spin around in circles. Nannie left me a surprise too, a Buzz Lightyear computer. Now I can lounge around and type like Mommy and Daddy.
I even helped Rocco open his present and get his new collar on. What a wonderful day with my family!
All week I have enjoyed checking the mail. I've gotten several surprise packages, and lots and lots of Christmas cards. It is so much fun to open them all. 
I even got a video email from Santa Claus! He had my picture on his good list, and he knew everything I wanted for Christmas. It was soooooo cool. I can't wait for him to come and visit me. 
I've also been helping Mommy bake in the kitchen. We made chocolate chip cookies, gingerbread, and best of all gingerbread men.
I love helping out in the kitchen, and the goodies at the end are so tasty!
A few more days at home and school before I get to go see everyone. What a very Merry Christmas it will be!
Last night, to get in the holiday spirit, we went looking at Christmas lights. I got in my Santa Claus jammies, and off we went. We saw the awesome light show in Frisco Square, and we drove down to Plano to see a fancy neighboorhood all decked out in lights. I especially loved seeing Thomas the Train and Disney character cut-outs, and a singing Santa in a hot air balloon! Every day on the way home from school I make Mommy drive past some Mickey and Snoopy decorations by our house. I love the holiday season!
This weekend Daddy went off to the ranch with the guys, and Aunt Elizabeth came into town. She took us to see ICE! I was so excited to get to go back. Before we got there, we stopped by the giant gingerbread house. I wish I could have taken a bite! 
The girls and I ran all over the hotel while we were waiting. I especially loved looking at the model trains and climbing the stairs. 
After watching the movie, we bundled up and headed inside to see the Peanuts gang. I just love seeing Snoopy and walking through his house.
At the end I got to look at tons of toys, and I immediately asked to see more Charlie Brown!
In other news, I moved up to the next room at school this past week. It's a few months early, but everyone seems to think that I'm ready to be with the big kids. Mommy bought me some big boy underwear, and we've been practicing with them at home. She keeps telling me that I'm growing up fast! I'm very excited about Christmas this year. I'm asking Santa for a kitchen for my playroom, and I love driving around to see all the pretty lights. Mom drives me through the neighborhood so I can see the neighbor's Mickey and Snoopy decorations. Only a few more weeks until the big day!!!
