A few weekends ago we went down to Nederland for a visit. I went to see the all the boys play soccer, and we had a great time. It was fun playing with a big group of guys for a change!
My PaPa Collins was so excited about my visit that he bought some new tools to help me pick some oranges off his tree. We filled up an entire grocery bag and barely made a dent in his crop. Mama even let me pick a lemon or two. Of course I had fun with all my family, and as always, the visit was far too short.
The big excitement around here has been centered around my new house. We have been going several times a week to check the progress. One night Daddy and I kicked the soccer ball around in the backyard. I can't wait until I can play out there every single night.
It was awesome getting to tape up the walls so the painters knew where to touch up. I know I will be eating MANY meals in my new kitchen, too.
Last night we had a special dinner with Aunt Jenny, Uncle Troy and the girls. Since they are out of town this weekend, it was our last dinner all living together. I'm going to miss seeing them everyday, and I'm so thankful they let us stay for a while! Today was the big day that Mommy and Daddy got to sign the papers. We couldn't walk on the wood floor because it had just been finished, but we went into the kitchen through the back and hung out for a little while.
Tomorrow starts the big move, and in a few days everyone will arrive for Thanksgiving. What a wonderful life to be thankful for!!!
Monday we had a party at school, and that night I got dressed in my Woody costume. 
We went trick or treating with my cousins and their neighborhood friends. I was the lone boy in a herd of girls, and everyone thought I was adorable. 
We walked all over the neighborhood and got tons of candy. I even found a pirate ship that was pretty awesome. 
I ended the night by helping pass out candy to the other kids, and that was almost more fun than the trick-or-treating. 
Today we went by my new house to check on the progress. The driveway and patio were poured and ready for me to ride my scooter on! 
I was especially excited to find that the light fixtures were in and working, and better yet, I can reach the switches. It's coming along quickly, and I can't wait to celebrate Thanksgiving with everyone in my new home!
I dominated all the games and got tons of candy. I showed up all the older kids by winning the prizes on the first try.
I got my face painted and even enjoyed some cotton candy. 
My friends and I had a blast being dressed up and hanging out together way past our bedtime. Jack and I had fun trading hats for a while, and I had to visit with my princesses of course! Halloween is going to be a blast.
Saturday my parents took me out to a pumpkin patch. I played games, jumped in the bounce house and even went in the haystack maze. 
I went in search of the best pumpkin ever. These little ones didn't cut it, but they were fun to see.
These were two of the most gigantic pumpkins I had ever seen! Mom wouldn't let me buy either one though.
I eventually asked if I could have a really cool gourd, so Daddy bought it for me. 
In other exciting news, Mommy brought a guitar home for me! One of her friends was nice enough to let me use it, and I have been playing it non-stop. I play wake-up songs, night night songs, even shower songs! I love my music!!
Sunday night Mommy and Daddy went to Game 4 of the World Series between the Texas Rangers and the St. Louis Cardinals. I waved to them on TV, and they brought me some awesome souveniers. Yesterday was Daddy's birthday and we both decided to stay home and celebrate all day. We had lunch out together and shared my first milkshake. It was delicious! We went mudding in his truck and even went fishing. I caught this fish all by myself, and several more too.
I love the fall, and I love my Daddy!
Wakeland football has started, so we made a trip out to a game recently. Eventually lots of our friends showed up, and I even went down and met Wally the Wolverine. I screamed as loud as I could "Let's go BLUE!" For some reason, everyone thought that was too funny.
I had a very successful trip to the dentist, and I got to pick out a brand new toothbrush. I've been practicing my swish and spit, and I love that I can use big boy toothpaste now! 
Soccer is still going strong and is better than ever. Last weekend, I scored a goal just as the game came to an end. It felt great! Today, Daddy was so proud of me because I was very focused and aggressive. At one point, I stole the ball, dribbled all the way down the field and kicked it in the goal. Soccer is so much fun! 
Last weekend, Aunt Elizabeth, Uncle Johnny and Nana were all in town. We danced the night away to some George Strait in the kitchen. Yeehaw! 
We also went out to the state fair, and I had a blast. I did everything you're supposed to do at the fair. I had a delicious Fletcher's corny dog, as well as funnel cake, cotton candy, and ice cream. 
I went with my parents, Nana and Kaly up in the ferris wheel. It was so high!! 
I got to see Big Tex, but he didn't say anything to us. 
I fed lots of animals at the petting zoo, and I even got to see some zebras. 
I learned all about farming and practiced harvesting fruit and eggs. They even gave me money to buy a snack when I turned in all my crops. Too cool!
The auto show was one of my favorite things we did at the fair. I drove every car I could climb into, including a pace car and real race car. Vroom, vroom!
I even managed to find a Heisman trophy, and I had to strike a pose. 
We wrapped up the trip by winning a ball on the Midway and riding plenty of rides! I'm so glad I got to experience the fair with my cousins.
With cooler weather coming soon, there should be plenty more adventures on the way!
